Shipping Schedule
Due to the high temperatures in sunny South Florida, we prioritize the safe delivery of your orders. Therefore, we exclusively ship orders from Monday through Thursday. For example, if you place an order on a Thursday, please note that your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. This approach ensures that your package does not sit overnight at the USPS hub over the weekend. This is especially crucial because of the melting points of our candle(s).
Shipping Times
The typical processing time for orders is approximately 5-7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. It's important to note that we cannot guarantee USPS shipping times, and USPS shipping times are not included in the processing time.
In addition to the challenges posed by high temperatures, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has led to USPS delays in orders. This means that additional days and processing times for USPS deliveries may apply.
Damaged Products
If you receive any products that are damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us at support@essentialessenceinc.com. We kindly request that you include a photo of the damage so we can promptly arrange for a replacement.
Lost Package
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, we recommend contacting your local post office first. If they are unable to locate the package, please reach out to us via support@essentialessenceinc.com for further assistance.
Please be aware that if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package at the buyer's expense.
